The 44 Magnum revolver adapter sleeve is used to convert your 9mm (9x19) SureStrike™ to a 44 Magnum caliber cartridge.
Just slide a 9mm (9x19) SureStrike™ laser cartridge into the adapter and you are ready to go! No tools needed.
* You do not need to use a safety pipe and nut (safety system) when using a SureStrike™ cartridge and the 44 Magnum adapter sleeve.
** SureStrike™ laser cartridge not included.
*** This adapter only works with the SureStrike™ 9mm (9x19) cartridge and NOT the Makarov 9mm (9x18) or Italian 9mm (9x21) cartridges
